Is Informy Secure?

Absolutely! Because we handle sensitive information, one of our highest priorities is the security of your data. We don't sell your data to anyone, we don't use your data to train AI models, and your information is encrypted in rest & transit.

Is there a limit on the amount of documents we can use in our knowledge-base?

In our current beta stage, we have a knowledge base document limit of 50 items. Once we launch, that limit will be increased significantly.

What formats does Informy support?

We currently support CSV's and PDF's, and we will have webforms and other formats added soon.
